To ensure availability, we recommend booking your appointment at least a week in advance. However, scheduling further ahead is ideal for peak times or specific time slots. Same-day or last-minute appointments may be available, so feel free to reach out and check!
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancelations or rescheduling. Should either occur within this window, we will need to charge the full amount for the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon!
We strive to create a relaxing and uninterrupted experience for all of our guests. To ensure this, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full-service fee will still apply. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
