Kyle Carso, LMT, NSCA-CPT, Owner
Kyle is a CT licensed Massage Therapist and National Strength and Conditioning Association certified Personal Trainer. He has extensive training in manual therapy based on the principles of traditional Osteopathy. For the past 18 years, he has worked with patients to improve soft-tissue mobility, reduce pain and allow for improved posture and movement patterns. He is trained to identify restrictions through posture and motion assessment, improve mobility, and reduce painful limitations. Through a combination of techniques, he is able to help a variety of diagnosis and achieve outstanding functional results. Karen Marino, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB
Karen is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington. She is state licensed, nationally certified, and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She specializes in Swedish, Deep-Tissue and Hot Stone massage and has training in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner. Karen uses an integrative approach infusing a variety of skills and techniques to achieve your goals. Through careful assessment and evaluation, she will customize a plan to address your individual needs, whether it be pain, stress relief, increased flexibility, or overall improved function. Karen is available for appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays until 3:30 pm, Wednesdays 1:30 to 7:00 pm and every other Saturday as needed. She is also available for office and event chair massage.
Jill DeMasi, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB
Jill is a 2005 Wellness Program graduate from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She is state licensed, nationally certified, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Jill has training in Integrated Structural Therapy, which consists of Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Positional Release and Visceral Manipulation. This type of therapy uses a systems approach to facilitate positive changes in the body, mind and spirit. She utilizes a combination of soft tissue techniques, which help to improve mobility, relieve chronic pain patterns and reduce stress on the nervous system. Jill has experience in assessment, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic pain and stress reduction. She also practices Trigger-Point, Sports and Swedish massage. Most of her experience has been working with chiropractors and physical therapists. She is available for offsite events including health fairs, golf tournaments and sports events. Jill is passionate about helping others live active, healthy and balanced lifestyles. She is available for appointments Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
Kim Gauvin, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB
Kim graduated in 2005 from the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy and has been a part of the Massage Energy team since then. She has extensive training on the assessment and treatment of conditions that affect the body's ability to function properly. Kim has been a member of the National Body Workers Association for the past four years and is nationally certified. She is proficient in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy as well as Orthopedic massage and focuses on setting up a wellness plan with her clients. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner. Some of the events she has participated in as a therapist are the Women's Basketball Championship and the 5K Women's Red Dress Run. Kim is available for sessions Monday through Friday with extended Tuesday and Thursday hours.
Terri Czerwinski, Esthetician
Terri has been a beauty consultant for over 20 years. She received her Associate's Degree from Briarwood College, and then graduated from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Boston where she received her Massachusetts Esthetician License. She spent several years traveling throughout the Northeast providing make-up artistry, launching new product lines, and training the next generation of Make-Up Artists before opening her own business in 1996.
Natalia Torzsa, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB
Natalia is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, and Trigger Point Therapy. She assists her clients in achieving their health goals. She also customizes a wellness plan for her clients with emphasis on stress reduction. Natalia has extensive training in Spa Services such as body treatments and wraps. She is available for appointments Tuesdays through Saturdays including evenings.
Jason Nichols, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB
Jason is a graduate of the Branford Hall Career Institute Massage Therapy Program. He is state licensed and nationally certified. He specializes in Neuromuscular, Swedish and Sports massage. Jason has had experience in a wellness center atmosphere as well as working with chiropractors and physical therapists, both an office setting and in home therapy. Before becoming a massage therapist, Jason worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities for nearly 17 years. Jason's prior massage experience includes several chair events, local athletic events, as well as in home massage for the elderly and disabled. Jason is currently available Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday.
Caitlin Howes, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB
Caitlin is a graduate of Branford Hall Career Institute Massage Therapy program in Windsor. She is Connecticut and Massachusetts State licensed, nationally certified and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Prior to being a Massage Therapist, Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Catawba College excelling in Sociology and Psychology. She worked for Easter Seals Goodwill Industries assisting people with disabilities find employment. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, and chair massage. Caitlin has training in Reiki and Myofascial Release. She likes to work with each client on their individual needs and to help them perform at their best. Caitlin believes that if a person gets routine massage then they can enjoy a pain free life style. She has participated in several massage events including chair massage for employee appreciation days and charitable fundraisers. Caitlin is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturdays as needed.
Lorie Lindo, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB
Lorie is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington. She is state licensed, nationally certified, an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and a member of the Connecticut Sports Massage Team. She is also a teacher's assistant and tutor for massage therapy classes at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports massage, but will also work with you to customize your session to best fit your path to wellness. She also works with chiropractors and physical therapists to support your health. Lorie is a graduate from Central Connecticut State University with an M.S. in Physical Education, a B.S. in Exercise Science, and an A.S. in Psychology. She also has experience working with athletic trainers and various other sports teams at CCSU. Some of her credentials include CPR and First Aid Instructor, Wilderness First Aid Responder, and Administration of Medications. Lorie is available for sessions Monday through Saturday with varying hours for your convenience.
Katie D'Onofrio, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCTMB

In her spare time she likes to volunteer her time for different charitable events.
