Karen is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington. She is state licensed, nationally certified, and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She specializes in Swedish, Deep-Tissue and Hot Stone massage and has training in Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner. Karen is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays until 3:30 p.m. and every other Saturday as needed.
Jill a 2005 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy Wellness Program in Newington. She is state licensed, nationally certified, and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has training in CranioSacral therapy and Myofascial Release and also specializes in Trigger-Point, Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish massage. She has experience working in a wellness center environment with chiropractors and physical therapists. Her past experience includes working in a health club environment and for a homecare agency managing a wellness education program. Jill has participated in several chair massage events including health fairs, employee appreciation days, golf tournaments, sports events and community festivals. Jill is available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday mornings, Fridays and every other Saturday.
Kim is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington. She is nationally certified and has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2004. Kim worked in a private practice before joining Massage Energy. She specializes in Trigger Point and Deep Tissue therapy and is also a certified Reiki Practitioner. Kim is currently scheduling appointments Monday - Friday. There are evening appointments available with Kim on Tuesdays.
Susan is a 2005 graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Fox Institute in West Hartford. She has experience working with chiropractors, in wellness centers, health clubs and salons. Susan is certified in Prenatal Massage and works with women who are pregnant, laboring and throughout the crucial postpartum period. As a mother of four, she enjoys working with children and young adults. She also specializes in Sports Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Chair Massage. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is currently working towards becoming a Reiki Master. She is available for appointments Monday and Wednesday mornings, and has afternoon/evening appointments on Thursdays, and also on Saturdays.
