Meet Our Staff
Massage Energy, LLC is a rapidly growing company offering high quality Massage Therapy based at The Wethersfield Wellness Center on Wolcott Hill Road. The practice works in conjunction with Carbone Chiropractic Center and Tim Durant Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, both based at The Wellness Center. The center also includes a Reiki practitioner, Nutrition counselors and a health-food store called Just the Basics.
Kyle Carso, owner of Massage Energy and Integrated Massage Professionals, is a 1991 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and has created a practice that's in step with an emerging trend in the field: Massage that is as integral a part of a client's overall wellness plan as visits to the doctor and dentist, as key as an exercise program or a commitment to good nutrition. Therapeutic massage offers a host of benefits including general relaxation, stress reduction, renewed sense of vitality and well-being, and is also key in releasing chronic patterns of tension in the body.
Kyle employs six licensed and nationally certified Massage Therapists at his practice who are highly trained health-care professionals. His therapists spend extra time talking to clients about their health goals and about the challenges they have reaching their bodies' optimum performance. We guide our clients to the professionals who can best help them with their wellness goals. "The difference is knowing our part in the clients' wellness plan," he says. "Our massage therapists are treated on the same level as the physical therapists and chiropractors in our building. They regularly meet with the other professionals to talk about the overall plan of care for their clients."

Company Policy and Information
- CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to benefit from our services. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be responsible for payment of the session. At our discretion, this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing package or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. On the other hand, if we are able to fill "your" time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.
- LATENESS POLICY: If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless having telephoned us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a "no-show", and that time slot will automatically become available for someone else. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment...and regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the "full" session.
- Individuals may reserve appointments for others with prepayment and/or proper consent.
- No more than one discount may be used at one time. Discounts and coupons may not be combined.
- All sales are final.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are not replaceable or refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Articles left behind for more than 30 days will be discarded.
- Any complaint or problem must be appropriately reported to Massage Energy within 30 days of the incident.
- A $10 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
- Sexual remarks or suggestions and unbecoming conduct will not be tolerated.
